Lasted 4 years til my bag was picked up and never returned while helping at another office, good reason to not return there. But the strap was still working, doing fine, as a strap over your shoulder. The vinyl on the padded cushion was cracking but wasn't bad for the punishment it's been given. Not bad, 10 times better than that leather thing with foam that's provided.

$50 bucks for 2 weeks of use...all that needs to be said. Shouldn't even still be available for purchase on your site if quality goods is what you're selling.

Very poor quality do not recommend! I have only used the Shokstrap for only 9 months and the hook slid though the connector. Called the company to see if they would had a warranty or could issue a replacement due to the cost of this. They indicated it’s not under postal allowance and wouldn’t cover it. The $20 strap found on other websites lasted me 3 years. Very disappointed and will not order from here.
