Question: Is ordering on your site secure?

Answer: Yes, we work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts any information you input.

Question: What is your policy on privacy?

Answer: Your privacy is very important to us and we do all we can to ensure that your information is secure and held confidential. All information collected is used to process your order and better serve our customers; we do not sell or rent your information. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

Question: How soon will I receive my order?

Answer: Postal Warehouse strives to keep all products in stock. We ship most orders within 24 hours of receiving your order. You should receive your items within 3-7 business days (depending on your location).

Question: How do I track my order?

Answer: If you would like to check the status of your order, you may email our Customer Service department at [email protected] or call 800-825-3339 7am-6pm M-F, 10am-3pm Sat (MST).

Question: How much do you charge for shipping?

Answer: Shipping is free. on all orders. Please note, an $8 surcharge will be added to all shipments outside of the 48 contiguous states.

Question: What happens if an item I ordered is not available?

Answer: We do our best to make sure all items are in stock. However, items not available at the time of order will be shipped as soon as possible, immediately upon receipt from our manufacturer. You will be notified if you have an item on back order.

Question: What happens if I go over my allowance?

Answer: If your order exceeds the available balance, the postal card will be declined and the order will be delayed. To ensure this does not happen, verify your current available balance before ordering. You may pay the remainder of the balance with a personal credit card.

Question: How do I check my available balance?

Answer: You must contact CitiBank at 1-800-287-5003 to verify your current allotment balance and to confirm that your card has been activated.

Question: Can I use more than one payment method?

Answer: Yes, in an effort to make ordering more convenient, you can use up to two payment methods on a single order. You may place part of your order on your postal card and the rest on a personal credit card if you choose. This is especially helpful if you go over your current allotment balance or if you wish to buy any non-allotment items.

Question: Which credit cards do you accept?

Answer: Postal Warehouse accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Postal Visa Card as well as debit cards.

Question: Do you perform any alterations on garments? If so, what are the costs to do so?

Answer: Yes, Postal Warehouse does perform alterations on garments. Postal Warehouse does NOT charge to have trousers hemmed or the sewing of patches. Please see Alterations for details. (link to “alteration costs”).

Question: Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want?

Answer: Any items not worn or washed may be returned for exchange or refund for up to 30 days. Uniforms altered in any way are not returnable. Please see Merchandise Return Instructions for more details.

Question: Can I cancel my order?

Answer: Yes, you may cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, you may refuse shipment and the order will be credited once the return shipment is processed.
